Guidelines per sleeping position
Use the guidelines below as a starting point. Sleep on your adjusted pillow for a few nights and notice if it can be improved? Feel free to adjust. Your rest comes first.
Stomach sleepers
- Soft: remove 10-12 handfuls of filling
- Firmer: remove 8-10 handfuls
Back sleepers
- Soft: remove 10-12 handfuls of filling
- Firmer: remove 8-10 handfuls
Side sleepers
- Soft: remove 4-6 handfuls of filling
- Firmer: remove 0-2 handfuls
How do you adjust your BestPillow?
- Open the zipper on the side of your pillow.
- Remove a number of handfuls of filling according to the guideline.
- Store the filling in the included bag.
- Sleep on it for a few nights. Too soft or too firm? Feel free to adjust.
